No Bake Sugarfree Chocolate Cheescake Balls

I have a Cheescake cookie recipe that I came up with that is so easy it's ridiculous.

NO BAKE SUGARFREE CHOCOLATE CHEESCAKE BALLS

1 PACKAGE (8OZ) OF Cream Cheese, at room temperature

1 package of Sugar Free Oreos

about 1/2 cup of finely chopped pecans or walnuts

Turn the oreos into crumbs in the food processer

put in the cream cheese, and pulse until well mixed,

THE MESSY PART

not take and roll a small amount into a ball!

Rechill

after chilling about 1/2 hour

roll the balls in the nuts

and you are done! Chill before serving. Makes about a dozen balls

I tried this with Snackwell sugar free shortbread as well and not as tasty but gives you a real cheescake taste. Now Ms. Paula Deen would dip them in caramel before rolling in nuts, but I have yet to find sugar free caramels! This also makes a tasty Mock Cheesecake by putting the filling into a graham cracker crust

Sounds yummy!

When you turn the oreos into crumbs in the food processer, does this include the middle white filling of the oreo too? or just the chocolate cookie part?

Also - after the cookies become crumbs, are you adding the cream cheese to it then? I am confused about the first line under "THE MESSY PART"... Roll a small amount of what into the ball?

THANKS!!!! Can't wait to try it!
