Peanut Butter Kisses

The Farmer's Daughter is calling for a cookie recipe swap. So here is my part:

PEANUT BUTTER KISSES

Perhaps the easiest christmas cookie I make. Those who where expecting Krum Kake or Rosettes- those might be coming as well. These are ridiculousy easy to make. Just follow the Easiest Peanut butter Cookie Recipe and add a Hershey's Kiss on top!

WORLDS EASIEST PEANUT BUTTER COOKIE
1 c. peanut butter, smooth or crunchy (I use a 16 oz. Jar of Adams "no stir" Crunchy and double the recipe)
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar

Combine above ingredients. Roll into small balls, about 1 inch. Place on a cookie pan lined with parchment paper, Bake at 350 degrees until done (about 7-10 minutes). Top with a Hershey's Kiss while cookies are still warm. Let Cool on pan or place in a refrigerator for 10-15 minutes

UPDATE: Note there is no flour in this recipe. Not an omission on my part- just doesn't call for it! Try topping with a Miniature Reese's Peanut butter cup for something different.

These are some of my favorites!!! Thanks for participating, I didn't realize there was no flour in the dough... I may have to make some of those tomorrow when I'm snowed in, except I have no kisses, and they're the best part!

I was thinking the same thing about flour...sure there isn't a missing ingredient? Seems like it would be kindof sticky...

Nope- no flour, not too sticky!

Well, I'm going to make these with chocolate chips, since I have no kisses and about a foot of snow is on the roads... I'll be sure to let you know how they come out!

Sounds good, will have to give them a try too. I know I have eaten plenty of these in the past.
