The "faux mantle" I made mom out of old pine boards
Well this was a very strange week. First the weather was odd. Snow in this area is rare- but snow in mid-march? Even Rarer. It snowed this morning- I woke up to huge snowflakes. And snow on the ground. I made Banana "Ice Cream" last night, a recipe from Chile's McDougle Cookbook I won in a giveaway on the McDougling with Chile blog. I included instructions on how to make in this weeks Challenge Update, made a "faux" mantle for my mom using some old pine boards in the garage. Pretty busy week now that I think about it!
