Eartha Kitt,1927-2008
I was very fortunate to see Ms. Kitt at front row at Dimitriou's Jazz Alley
about a year ago, summertime. She was a fantastic entertainer. The highlight for me was she sang a song, "ANythin but Love" and placed the microphone in front of me for the last lyric/note. She had been flashing her Bare leg in front of me, and when I didn't react she looked at the audience and said "Nothing". She was a great entertainer. And sorry Madonna, Beyonce, Cher, Celine Dion and the rest, she was a true Diva.
