It's Alive! It's Alive!
I am a re-animator. I make new celery grow from the cut off remains of celery I buy in the store! I found out about this one day on my Facebook/Pinterest feed so I did a search on google found a few webpages with instructions, like this one from Farm Bell Recipes blog and knew I would have to try it for myself. So I took a bunch of celery, chopped it, put it in a shallow bowl with a little water... and it started growing new leaves in three day time... update I planted my two week old celery plant in my spot at the community garden. Now time will tell if I get a decent bunch or not!
