MEMORY TABLE
My version of an IKEA HACK, see the original at Ikeahacker (http:www.ikeahacker.blogspot.com) Neat project for just a day, and lots cheaper than the memory tables I have seen- could someone make a light table out of this? I don't see why no just one of those thin flourescent lights or some tube lights around the frame should do it. Then make sure you put some film or etch the glass!

Paint turned out great- Starting a new IKEA Hack
The paint turned out pretty great- I love that new sand textured paint. Maaybe try using it in the kitchen with a trowel like they suggest. Definitely the way to go when texturing small patch area. I am starting a new hack- turning two billy cabinets into a buffet/dry bar. Hope it turns out great - will remember to post pics when done.

I finally found a product to texture the existing walls after a month of trying every thing - Valspar (Lowes) Sand texture paint. This stuff is thick and you are suppose to use a special roller to put it on, but I found a regular roller worked best. No more cans of smelly HomaxEasy Touch Spray Texture that clumps up or runs out of air 1/4 of the way through the project, no compressor- just a roller! Took about 1/2 a gallon to do a 30" X 96" wall but it works and looks great! And cost under $15
