I love it! I have a purse made from old license plates from Little Earth. When people ask me if I made I tell them, no because I haven't been in prison. I get blank stares. Apparently most people forget that prisoners stamp state license plates.
Great job on repurposing... definitely the most inventive I've seen for license plates! What did you use to contain the plants-- are the plates nailed to a wooden box? Cara @ repurposeful
