Well that time of year again- we are comming up on the 2nd anniversary (or rather "Blog-iversary) of the day I started this blog. And what better way to do that than a GiveAway. And this one is for the kids! I am giving one lucky little Martha or Emeril their own copy of the cookbook- Better Home's and Garden's SNACK ATTACK- were they will learn to make fantastic dishes, and of course clean up the entire kitchen and bathrooms. What? Sorry Legal department has a problem with the clean up part. They say that only happens on Fantasy Island. I would like that! not just for the kids but for myself! One thing I love that is fast and easy snack is the english muffin pizza's! english with a little pasta sauce on it and a peice of cheese and pop it in the toaster oven for a few mins! Great snack!
